Welcome to the
sections area of The Connected Film Festival.
We didn’t want to clutter up the main menu of our online film festival,
as we have to keep everything minimal to make room for the embedded video
files screened on this web site, so you can find all of the sections of
this web site, including support information and other sections, in this
section, kind of like a web site map.
This web site is far more than an online film festival, far exceeding
what the original Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival, which ran from
2007 to 2012, was. We also support independent filmmakers and independent
talent, and have isolated, segmented channels kept separate from the online
film festival channels. We have an independent filmmaking channel, a channel
with some cool stuff to watch, a music video channel, and much more.

About
Us
This section is about The Connected Film Festival and about our humble
origins at the Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival, founded by C. A. Passinault
in 2007, and being the most popular and effective film festival in Florida
from 2008 to 2012, when we voluntarily shut down to be reintegrated into
the Tampa Bay Film site, which then was moved under the Tampa Bay Independent
Film domain name. We then went into development hell and were on hold
for a decade, while the World changed, rebranding and launching as The
Connected Film Festival in 2023. We are still based out of Tampa Bay,
Florida.
Updates
Updates to the web site as far as content and independent films added
to the online film festival. Not to be confused with web site updates,
which deals with site structure and web site design and code updates.

11/19/23/1100/1251/ - Updated header graphic and the main menu. Adding sections and content. Preparing to add more independent films later this week. Assing reviews. Working on a logo, which should debut on another header update before the end of the month. The logo is needed for support graphics.
11/09/23/1403 - Adding content to content already online to prepare for the addition of more independent films.
10/04/23/1730 - Connected Film Festival online.
10/01/23 - Completed the design and began assembling the Connected Film Festival. Integrating content.
